We are now A CERTIFIED B CORPORATION

We are thrilled to share that after a lengthy and reflective process, The Inceptery has become a certified BCorp organization. We are really excited to be part of a community that sees business as a vehicle for creating a holistic positive impact in our world.

From its inception, The Inceptery was set up to create ripples of positive change in other organizations, but it took quite a journey to build it into the structure and practices of our own company.

Now, it is not only in our minds and our hearts but also in the constitution of The Inceptery that:

The Company shall conduct its business and activities in a manner that seeks to create a positive impact on society and the environment taken as a whole commensurate with the size of the Company and the nature of its business and activities”.

The duties of the directors are now also officially aligned with the above statement and encompass wider responsibilities for the creation of holistic value for society and the environment.

We will be sharing more about our journey towards this recognized standard of doing business and what that means for us as we move forwards.
