As a committed B Corp company, we uphold our core values and commitments through a diverse array of indicators. These include transparent governance structures, equitable treatment of our suppliers, sustainable environmental practices, and active engagement with our communities.

We recognise the importance of meeting rigorous standards of accountability and transparency in all aspects of our operations. By adhering to some key indicators, we demonstrate our unwavering dedication to using our business as a force for positive change, striving to make a meaningful impact and create a more sustainable and equitable world for all.

Being a women-led company we are deeply committed to fostering inclusivity and empowerment, our foremost priority is to actively seek out and collaborate with women micro entrepreneurs, women-owned businesses and women in leadership within our supply chain. 

By prioritising partnerships with underrepresented groups such as women, we not only strive to create economic opportunities which are paramount to the independence, acknowledgement and contribution of women but also aim to cultivate a supportive ecosystem where diversity is celebrated and every voice is heard. 

Through our dedication to working with women as suppliers, we not only uphold the values of equality and fairness but also contribute to building a more inclusive and thriving business community, enabling women to continue to play and be recognised in their multifaceted role in society.

Our commitments

Supporting women-owned businesses

Minimally 50% of our suppliers - women owned (or majority women-owned) businesses.

Working with local or independent suppliers

Minimally 60% local or independent suppliers - fostering greater resilience, independence and inclusivity for professionals, businesses and entrepreneurs outside of the large enterprise system.

Improving the digital footprint of our site

Having our site appraised, and where necessary reducing the ecological impact of our website - benchmarking its performance. Where possible, practical and feasible - switching to more ecological hosting.

Oversight and governance

Strengthening our governance and oversight; creating a non-fiduciary advisory panel who will reflect back to us our commitments and decisions, alongside supporting our strategic needs as progressive and impact-driven business.

Democratising our services

At our company, we believe in equitable access to our services including those from underrepresented or less – well resourced groups and organisations. Therefore we have two mechanisms to demonstrate our commitment to nourishing the “whole” and organisations who may not usually have access to professional services.

Sliding Scale Fees

To ensure accessibility, we've implemented a sliding scale of fees offering certain organisations our services with reduced rates, taking into consideration their financial means.

Buy-one-gift-one

Additionally, for certain organisations who purchase specific services at full price, we operate on a buy one give one model, where the main organisation can nominate a suitable organisation (from an underrepresented community or smaller organisation (non-profit, charity, NJFP - not-just-for-profit, impact startup/impact SME) to receive some of our standard/off-the-shelf services.

By incorporating these initiatives, we aim to break down barriers and enable systemic change at scale. Allowing deserving organisations to benefit from our offerings, fostering inclusivity and positive social and/or environmental impact.
